Role Description

We are seeking a TechnicalAccount Manager for Latin America to join our growing team. This remote, full-time contract role requires a professional who can seamlessly bridge technical expertise with customer success. The candidate will play a key role in sales presentations, onboarding new customers, troubleshooting technical issues, delivering training, and ensuring overall client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities  

  • Provide technical and product expertise to support both pre-sales and post-sales activities
  • Address product-related questions and resolve technical challenges
  • Educate prospects and clients on product features, highlighting their business value
  • Monitor client accounts to ensure optimal usage and performance of the 3dEYE platform
  • Lead and coordinate regular tactical operations reviews with client teams
  • Act as a liaison with the product and tech support team to resolve escalations and log feature requests
  • Build and nurture strong, positive relationships with client stakeholders
  • Collaborate effectively with all teams to drive organizational growth
  • Identify, replicate, and document software defects using the appropriate tracking system
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews and facilitate training sessions, including certification program
  • Occasional travel to customer sites or international trade shows.

Qualifications

  • 5+years of experience in the video surveillance or monitoring industry.
  • 3+years in account management, sales engineering or customer success roles within video solutions providers.
  • Strong knowledge of network architecture and IP camera technologies.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in Spanish; functional proficiency in English.
  • Proven ability to align client business requirements with product capabilities.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and customer-relationship management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
